Our training programmes

We offer apprenticeships as a cutting machine operator (production direction turning technology), industrial mechanic, office management assistant and industrial clerk.

In 25 years of company history, we have already accompanied more than 20 trainees until they completed their training.

Cutting machine operator

A cutting machine operator ( formerly: lathe operator or milling cutter) produces precision components from a wide variety of materials - in our case mainly titanium and other metals. This profession has become very versatile, since computer-controlled machine tools (CNC machines) have become part of everyday work life alongside the traditional crafts with the focus on turning, milling and grinding. In our development workshop, the main focus is on the production of individual parts and fixtures. In our machining production, the series production of our implants is the main focus.

"The profession of a machine cutting operator is versatile. You need good eye-hand coordination and must work attentively, carefully and precisely at all times. I like the atmosphere here. The people who surround you and the free and independent work make the training here special for me."

Industrial mechanic

An industrial mechanic is responsible for the production, monitoring and maintenance of technical systems. This also includes setting up, converting and commissioning entire production plants. Industrial mechanics are needed in precision equipment construction, machine and plant construction and production engineering.

"Hardly any other training programme is as varied and multifaceted as that for industrial mechanics. The demands on the trainee are therefore also quite high. Particularly here in precision engineering, high expectations are placed on precision and care. Since we cannot cover all fields of training here, part of the practical training - e.g. pneumatic switching - takes place at our partner AVT e.V. in Teltow.".

Office management assistant

Industrial clerk

As an industrial clerk, you are perfectly trained to manage the most diverse commercial areas of responsibility in a company and, of course, to carry them out yourself. The special thing about this profession is the opportunity to be employed in very many areas within the company. Customer care, process orientation, price calculations, materials management, purchasing and a whole range of other business management aspects are just a few of the keywords from the everyday life of an industrial clerk.

"The training as an industrial clerk is very versatile. In addition to the theoretical part at school, you will get to know all commercial areas of the company. Your areas of activity in the company include Administration, financial accounting, secretariat, purchasing, personnel and marketing. Due to the many areas of responsibility that you will get to know and carry out during your training, you are optimally prepared for your professional future and can be employed in many areas. What I particularly like here in the company are the friendly employees. There is always a pleasant working atmosphere, so that everyone can be themselves."
